After 4 years in the business, I launched Garden Gate Realtors on May 10, 2001. My vision then, as now, was to be a boutique, full-service real estate brokerage, focusing on providing an unmatched level of personalized client service.
I don't advertise in rental magazines and am not interested in representing every person who might have an interest in purchasing a home. Instead, I work with a limited number of clients at a time so that each person can receive the attention, guidance, and service they need for the most important purchase or sale in their lives.
100% of my clients have come through referrals. Past clients are repeat clients. My clients are seeking exceptional personal service and detailed attention and find a relationship with me exceeds the capabilities of any larger firm.
No two real estate transactions are the same and no two clients' goals are the same. By focusing on this, it was never my goal to be the biggest, just the best.
