According to MIBOR (Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS®), median sale prices for Hamilton County homes saw an increase during the first quarter of 2011.
Even though this is good news for Indianapolis-area real estate, there is still more room to grow compared to last year’s averages. The first three months of 2011 saw median sale prices rise to $185,000, which was a 3.6 percent increase from the previous quarter.
