Handle all details, personally, from the offer to the closing
Represent your best interest at all times
Research neighborhoods, review comparable sales, and establish a price range
Negotiate on your behalf with the seller or seller's agent
Guide you through the inspection process
Negotiate the inspection items you desire with the sellers to ensure you are comfortable with your new home
Organize the title work with the lender and seller to move the process towards a closing
