What I will do:

  1. Advertise your home with quality, appropriate signage and brochures
  2. Make your home easily accessible and attractive for other agents to show
  3. Enter your information into the Broker Listing Cooperative (BLC) which will automatically reach all realtors, as well as any potential buyer looking on the internet for a home
  4. Produce a full color marketing brochure of your home listing all of the special features and plenty of quality full color photos and have them available for showings
  5. Be personally available via email, phone and fax.  No assistants, no receptionists, no one doing “floor time”.  If a potential buyer or buyer’s agent calls, they will get me personally
  6. Handle all details, personally, from the offer to the closing
  7. Represent your best interest at all times
  8. Place your home FOR SALE on Craig’s List
  9. Spread the word of your home on Facebook and other networking sites
  10. Stage your home with a professional interior designer
  11. Provide weekly reports on your home's status, including a weekly showings report, via phone or email
  12. Utilize a reverse-prospecting program
  13. Schedule all showing through the Centralized Showing System (CSS), which provides easy use for buyer’s agents to schedule showings and provides extended hours to schedule beyond the regular business hours of a “big real estate office”.  (The CSS provides the weekly showings report to you)
  14. Follow up online after each showing
  15. Work hard to get feedback and communicate with other realtors who show your home to help their clients overcome any objections
  16. Immediately convey all feedback
  17. Present and discuss all offers in a timely manner
  18. Ensure that all details are completed in the sales contract prior to closing
  19. Pre-qualify potential buyers
  20. Hold an Open House, if desired
  21. Hold a Broker Open House, if desired
