Marketing Your Home for Sale What I will do:
Advertise your home with quality, appropriate signage and brochures
Make your home easily accessible and attractive for other agents to show
Enter your information into the Broker Listing Cooperative (BLC) which will automatically reach all realtors, as well as any potential buyer looking on the internet for a home
Produce a full color marketing brochure of your home listing all of the special features and plenty of quality full color photos and have them available for showings
Be personally available via email, phone and fax. No assistants, no receptionists, no one doing “floor time”. If a potential buyer or buyer’s agent calls, they will get me personally
Handle all details, personally, from the offer to the closing
Represent your best interest at all times
Place your home FOR SALE on Craig’s List
Spread the word of your home on Facebook and other networking sites
Stage your home with a professional interior designer
Provide weekly reports on your home's status, including a weekly showings report, via phone or email
Utilize a reverse-prospecting program
Schedule all showing through the Centralized Showing System (CSS), which provides easy use for buyer’s agents to schedule showings and provides extended hours to schedule beyond the regular business hours of a “big real estate office”. (The CSS provides the weekly showings report to you)
Follow up online after each showing
Work hard to get feedback and communicate with other realtors who show your home to help their clients overcome any objections
Immediately convey all feedback toyou
Present and discuss all offers in a timely manner
Ensure that all details are completed in the sales contract prior to closing
